Rules of allotment of plots

Application for plot shall be made by filling in a formatted application form (with photographs) along with booking money.
Plots shall be allotted on 'first come first served' basis.
A Deed of Agreement shall be made between the applicant and Silver Village Ltd. upon receiving full payment with respect to one-time payment, and down payment with respect to installments.
All payments shall be made through cash/bank draft/pay-order in favour of Silver Village residential project or Silver Village Ltd.
The expatriate clients may make payments through TT's or bank drafts in foreign currency equivalent to the price of plot/plots.
In collaboration with the concerned service providers, the company will undertake to set up main line connection of water, electricity, gas, T&T etc. facilities in the project.
The buyer shall set up connection to the main line at his/her own expense.
Once the full amount for the allotment of the plot is made, Silver Village Ltd. shall hand over a plot upon determining its border. Registry will be done upon the handover.
For the transfer and registry of plot registry, the buyer shall bear all the expenses incurred in document stamp duty, registration fee, VAT, money spent on the preparation of the documents and on other related purposes.
If an applicant grows unwilling to buy plot/plots and demands the refund of the paid-up money in cancellation of the allotment upon the payment of booking money and receipt of the allotment, then he/she shall apply in black and white within 15 days of the booking date. As for the cancellation of final allotment, all the money minus the documentation charge fee shall be refunded within 60 (sixty) days upon the passage of 15 days of booking.

How to make the payments: With service in sight, we have tried to come up with a just and reasonable price commensurate with all the expenses incurred as well as its local price.

One-time payment:
As for one-time payment, taka 30,000.00 (thirty thousand) shall be paid as booking money along with the application form. The remaining amount shall be paid within next 45 (forty-five) days. In the case of one-time payment, there shall be a discount of 10% off the total amount.

Paying on installments:
Taka 30,000.00 (thirty thousand) shall be paid as booking money along with the application form. The remaining amount is payable at installments.

Size of plot/plots Under the supervision of first-class architectural engineers, there are plots of three sizes in Silver Village residential project. They are 5 decimal, 6 decimal, and 7 decimal plots. In addition, for the facilitation of the lay-out plan, there are some more plots of different sizes in Silver Village residential project.
